I have purchased both resale and new build. In the past I have mostly purchased resale as I like to find a home with good bones and make it beautiful again. With the Arizona Republic writing about new homes sales going up that is a great sign for Gilbert. We are seeing less homes on the market, more buyers and the pricing is starting to increase. Now increase does not mean we are anywhere near what many owe on the home but at least they are not dropping and are starting to head back up. Did you know you can be represented on a new home build?
